East Elmbridge Foodbank and Volunteer Co-ordinator

East Elmbridge Foodbank is part of the Trussell Trust network — a nationwide movement working to end the need for foodbanks in the UK. We provide emergency food parcels, a listening ear, and practical support to local people in crisis.

Our foodbank is powered by a dedicated team of volunteers and supported by the local community. We’re passionate about treating everyone with compassion, dignity, and respect.

We’re seeking an organised, compassionate, and proactive Foodbank and Volunteer Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the Foodbank and to lead and support our amazing volunteers.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — one day you might be coordinating food collections and deliveries, and the next you could be training volunteers or supporting a guest in need of a listening ear.

You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and dignified running of the foodbank, maintaining strong community relationships, and helping to create a positive, welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors.
