Meeting Rooms
The St Peter’s Community & Youth Hub has a variety of meeting rooms available to hire.
Conference Room
The Conference Room (also known as the TV Room) is a flexible meeting space which can be tailored to your requirements. In this configuration it can comfortably seat 30 people. The room dimensions are: 8 x 7 metres with an additional presenting area which is 1.8 x 1.8 metres.
This room can also be set up with tables and chairs as shown in this image. Up to 6 tables can be set up individually or in a U shape.
The Conference Room also includes 3 sofas which can be used to create an informal space alongside a work area.
The Conference Room can be used as a comfortable party space and easily fits up to 15 children plus adults.
Small Meeting Room
Adjoining the Conference Room are two small meeting rooms which are ideal for 1-2-1 meetings or for counselling sessions. Both rooms measure 2.9 x 2.5 metres.
Control Room Meeting Space
Next door to the Recording Studio is a small meeting room which works well as a workspace or informal meeting room for up to 5 people. This meeting room measures 6.1 x 5.9 metres.

The Art Room
This room has a variety of functions. It can be used for an art class or group and has 3 sinks, a washing machine and tumble dryer. It can also be sectioned off using room dividers to create a meeting room for up to 5 people. The dimensions of the Art Room are 10 x 3 metres.
